Payments Accepted:
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Paypal.
Arkansas residents must pay a 6.25% state sales tax.
Personal Checks or Money Orders
Sorry, we do not accept personal checks or money orders at this time.
Shipping and Handling:
Due to the custom nature of our merchandise, there is a processing time of two weeks for completion and additional time for shipping, depending on your choice of Standard or Express shipping.
Standard Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail - three - four days.
For your protection from Loss or Theft, Standard Shipping includes Insurance. If an item is lost or missing, you will receive the insurance confirmation number to file a claim with the Post Office.
All orders over $100 ship free inside the United States. We are not set up to ship internationally at this time.
Express options are available at checkout, if you need your order before the normal two - three week processing and shipping time frame. To be sure we can accommodate your needs, please email us, prior to purchasing Express Shipping.
If you are purchasing a Party Hat or a Set of Towels, and need these items shipped Express, please be sure you select the appropriate Express option for these items.
Refund/Exchanges
All Personalized and Embroidered items are custom orders and we can not accept returns. Please make sure of the correct spelling and your child's measurements before placing your order. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us regarding your order. No exchanges or refunds will be given. If there should be a defect in merchandise please notify
