For this cute pillowcase set we took navy with white stars fabric and stitched wite and red stripe fabric to the hem. Between the two fabric we added a red decorative band. Arms opening have seam binding that gives a professional finish. All seams are serged. Red grosgrain ribbon ties at the sholders that has been treated to prevent fraying. Bottom can be made to match bloomers, knee pantaloons or capris.
