For this cute pillowcase dress we took white fabric and stitched a border of red polka dot at the top and the hem. Between the two fabric we added a yellow decorative  band. Arms opening have seam binding that gives a professional finish. All seams are serged. yellow grosgrain ribbon ties at the sholders that has been treated to prevent fraying.
