Do you offer returns?
Since our clothing is custom made for each order, we do not accept returns. If we made an error on your order, please notify us and we will correct any mistakes.
How do you ship orders?
We ship orders USPS priority with delivery confirmation. We will ship UPS per customer request or some rush orders.
Do you do rush orders?
NO RUSH ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON, November 1st through December 31st. Most order take two weeks to customize and an additional 2-5 days to receive via USPS PRIORITY MAIL. You may select an upgraded shipping option, at checkout, but this does not change the normal two week production time.
Please contact me before placing a rush order. I will be happy take a rush order if time permits. At this time there is no extra charge for making your outfit quicker. There will be an additional postage charge for faster shipping. USPS Express will be an additional $15 charge above our normal shipping charges.
Customer Privacy
We do not share customer information with any outside organization. The only exception to this is when order is shipped by a third party. We forward your name and address only, so they may ship your merchandise. |
